At A & M Bespoke Creations, every image we use — whether for product designs, marketing, or mockups — is sourced responsibly.
We only use images that fall into one of these categories:
- Images we create ourselves (photography, artwork, product mockups)
- Images provided directly by our customers
- Images licensed for commercial use
- Public domain or CC0 images
- Images from approved commercial-use libraries (Unsplash, Pexels, Pixabay, etc.)
This ensures all designs are safe, legal, and ethically produced.
2. We Never Use Copyrighted or Restricted Content
To protect our customers and our business, we do not use:
- Disney, Marvel, Pixar, DreamWorks characters
- TV, movie or game characters
- Logos or trademarks (sports teams, brands, bands, etc.)
- Celebrity photos
- Images taken from Google, Pinterest, Instagram or Facebook
- AI-generated images that imitate copyrighted characters or brands
If a customer requests copyrighted content, we will kindly decline and offer safe alternatives.
3. Customer-Provided Images
Customers may upload their own photos for personalised products. By uploading an image, the customer confirms:
- They own the photo, or
- They have permission to use it
- The image does not infringe on any copyright or trademark
We will never use customer images for marketing unless explicit permission is given.
4. Approved Image Sources
We use only trusted, commercial-use-friendly libraries, including:
- Unsplash
- Pexels
- Pixabay
- StockSnap.io
- Burst by Shopify
- Rawpixel (Public Domain section)
- Openverse (CC0 filter)
- unDraw (illustrations)
- Humaaans (illustrations)
These sources allow safe commercial use without attribution.
5. AI-Generated Images
We only use AI-generated images that:
- Do not imitate copyrighted characters
- Do not replicate brand logos
- Are created from original prompts
- Are safe for commercial use
We avoid any AI content that resembles protected intellectual property.

At A & M Bespoke Creations, we want your personalised gift to be beautiful, safe, and 100% yours. To protect you and your order, we follow a simple image-use policy that keeps everything legal, ethical, and worry-free.
What Images Can You Upload?
You’re welcome to upload:
- Your own photos (family, pets, friends, special moments)
- Photos you took yourself
- Images you have permission to use
- Logos or artwork you personally own
- Simple ideas, themes or descriptions if you want us to design something for you
If it’s your photo or your artwork, we’re happy to print it.
What We Can’t Print
To keep your order safe and legal, we cannot print:
- Disney, Marvel, Pixar, DreamWorks characters
- TV, movie, game or comic characters
- Sports team logos
- Brand logos (Nike, Apple, Coca-Cola, etc.)
- Celebrity photos
- Images taken from Google, Pinterest, Instagram or Facebook
- Screenshots from films, shows or games
- AI images that imitate copyrighted characters
If it’s a famous character, logo or brand, we can’t use it — even if it’s “just for personal use”.
Where Our Images Come From
If you choose one of our ready-made designs, we only use images from safe, approved sources such as Unsplash, Pexels, Pixabay, Rawpixel Public Domain, and unDraw (illustrations). These libraries allow commercial use, so your design is always safe.
