Delivery & Shipping Information

We want your gift to arrive on time and in perfect condition. Here’s everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

Processing & Dispatch Times

Before we can dispatch your order, it needs to be made! Here’s what to expect:

Personalised gifts — Once you have approved your digital proof, we aim to handcraft and dispatch your order within 3–5 working days.
Ready to Go Gifts — These are dispatched within 1–2 working days of your order being placed.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Delivery Options

We offer a range of delivery options at checkout to suit your needs and timescale. The options available to you, along with their costs and estimated delivery times, will be displayed when you place your order.

As a guide:

Standard delivery — Delivered within 2–4 working days of dispatch.
Express delivery — Faster delivery options are available at checkout for when you need it sooner.

Where We Deliver

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future — please check back for updates.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available, so you can keep an eye on your delivery.

Important Notes

Delivery timescales are estimates and may be affected by busy periods, weather, or courier delays outside of our control.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please get in touch with us within 14 days of the expected delivery date, including your order number and photos of any damage. We’ll work quickly to put things right.
