Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order with A & M Bespoke Creations (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Us
A & M Bespoke Creations is a UK-based business specialising in handcrafted, personalised gifts. We source quality blank products and decorate them in-house with your chosen design.
2. Use of Our Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. We reserve the right to restrict access to our website at any time without notice.
3. Orders & Personalisation
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. When you place an order for a personalised item, you will receive a digital proof for your approval before production begins. Production will only commence once you have confirmed you are happy with the proof.
By submitting personalisation details or images, you confirm that you have the right to use them and that they do not infringe any third-party rights. We reserve the right to refuse orders containing offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate content.
As personalised items are made to order, we are unable to accept changes or cancellations once production has begun. Please review your proof carefully before giving approval.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout.
5. Delivery & Shipping
We aim to dispatch personalised items within 3–5 working days of proof approval, and Ready to Go Gifts within 1–2 working days. Delivery timescales are estimates, and we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.
We currently ship within the UK. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the bespoke nature of personalised items, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly made. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with your order number and photographic evidence.
Ready to Go Gifts may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including designs, images, text, and logos, is the property of A & M Bespoke Creations and is protected by UK copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
By submitting images or designs for personalisation, you grant us a limited licence to use them solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A & M Bespoke Creations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of your order.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
