Products are handmade and may vary slightly in colour, placement, or finish. Personalised and made‑to‑order items are exempt from returns unless faulty. Non‑personalised items may be returned in line with UK consumer law. Faulty items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

Processing and delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by Royal Mail or other couriers are outside our control.

We collect customer information only for order fulfilment, communication, and optional marketing (with consent). Data is processed in accordance with GDPR. We do not sell customer data. Customers may request access, correction, or deletion of their data at any time.

Prices may change without notice. If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it.

Subscription Box purchases are subject to separate terms. Contents may vary. Cancellations must be made before the next billing date. Refunds are not available once a box has been prepared.
